The total stay was awesome on the night of our wedding. The location was brilliant and pleasant - really close to a golf course and RSL sports club, Australia and Huskisson. It also was unable to relax at all in the mornings due to maintenance noise from the golf club.

I recently stayed in a new-fashioned double room that came with exceptionally comfortable beds. the room offered a pleasant view of the golf course and mountains, along with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. the staff were welcoming and pleasant, showcasing great local knowledge. the hotel features a great pool and convenient onsite parking. Plus, there’s no charge for wake-up calls and ironing, which was a nice touch.

Everything was first-class, the parking was on site, the room was a nice size. The restaurant was excellent for buffet style breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The mountain view here was beautiful! The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to the main shopping center and shopping centers. Also it was close enough to bars and cafés.

I had a wonderful stay on my wedding night, and the attached restaurant offered a delightful buffet breakfast.

I was upgraded to a spacious twin room with a lovely view of the golf course. the room included a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, which made my stay even more convenient. the location was ideal, situated close to the common areas and the beautiful Hyams Beach.

I recently visited a place that had its ups and downs. One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The room was massive, which was a pleasant surprise, featuring a comfy king-size bed and an additional single bed. Loved that they provided fresh milk for coffee and tea, along with wine glasses and cutlery. There was a toaster and microwave too, which made it super convenient to heat up snacks. But yeah, I ended up getting my breakfast from a nearby supermarket since I wasn’t a fan of the pre-order system; it just felt too limiting. Now, let’s talk about the location. It really is beautiful, especially with the golf course and all those gorgeous grounds filled with ponds and birds. But it was a bit too remote for my liking—had to jump in the car every time I wanted to grab food or shop. Not really walkable to any restaurants, except for a club next door. It dropped in and out, and it was annoying to have to reconnect every time I came back. The last night, it totally gave up on me. And let’s not even get started on the room smell; it was persistent even after spraying air freshener. There was this weird incident one night with an alarm going off late, which we thought was a fire alarm. Totally threw us off. Plus, the morning announcements were loud and annoying. I get some things are out of their control, but they really impacted our sleep. And yeah, a few other annoying factors. I didn’t have a separate sink in the room, and I really wish it had a handheld showerhead. It would’ve made bathing easier, especially with a baby around. On a minor note, I noticed the housekeeping service was decent, and the lady who came daily was really nice. But then there were issues with cleanliness—like a dirty bed situation that freaked me out a bit. So all in all, pretty mixed feelings about this stay. The grounds were stunning, and the room size was fantastic, but a few things definitely need improvement, especially regarding maintenance and cleanliness. I’d think twice before coming back.
